I do all the design work and then outsource the manufacturing process to a top specialist for printing and traditional bookbinding, with a choice of materials on offer. There is an increasing number of ‘wedding photographers’ out there offering a very cheap service. There is no second take on your big day, so please ensure that you have the utmost confidence in whoever you commission and that they will provide the service they promise. Just protect yourself by doing plenty of research. At the very least, photographers should have a reasonable portfolio accessible within their website and several genuine testimonials. We have travelled all over the UK and Europe.
Also, whoever you ultimately decide on to cover your wedding, a simple step like ensuring that your prospective photographer is qualified and covered by public liability and professional indemnity insurance, can prevent heart-breaking disappointment, so don’t be afraid to ask. Good luck!
